Understanding the Role: What Does an Intern Do at Fortive? Unlike traditional internships that rely on basic data entry, this role provides deep exposure to enterprise cloud applications and AI strategies.

Your core day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation & Workflow Design: Drafting functional documentation for HR workflows, business process flows, and configuration change records.
  • AI Governance Support: Helping to build and maintain AI governance artifacts including agent capability matrices, data privacy impact summaries, and Works Council briefing materials.
  • Research & Reporting: Researching Oracle Fusion AI best practices and contributing to internal knowledge-base documentation.

  • Target Batch: Students graduating in 2027 and 2028.
  • Educational Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, or a related field.
  • Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid).
  • Required Skills: Comfort working with structured data (Excel, CSV files, SQL basics) and documenting technical workflows. Strong written communication skills are essential to translate technical concepts into functional documentation.
  • Preferred Skills (Bonus): Prior exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud through coursework or certification, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as conversational AI, prompt engineering, or LLM enterprise use cases.
