Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Application Development: Participating in the design, development, debugging, and unit testing of AB Suite applications and components—including Ispecs, Reports, Classes, Methods, and Services—under senior guidance.
- Enhancements & Documentation: Executing code fixes and functional enhancements for existing enterprise business applications while creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- L2/L3 Application Support & Maintenance: Supporting L2/L3 maintenance operations, troubleshooting production incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and resolving issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
