Understanding the Role: What Will You Do? As an Operations Reporting & Analytics Associate, your responsibilities will revolve around organizing data and maintaining strict governance standards.
- Organizing and maintaining data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Establishing and maintaining policies and procedures to optimize the quality, integrity, and security of data.
- Handling data governance and quality control to mitigate risks associated with data usage.
- Utilizing business process management for effective data governance and managing master data and metadata.
- Integrating data management processes to enhance accessibility and accuracy across the firm.
- Gathering information from a range of sources to analyze facts, discern patterns, and build commercial awareness.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
- Experience Level: Freshers and experienced candidates. At least 1 year of experience in AI reporting, PowerBI, DAX, data extraction, and SQL is preferred.
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High School Diploma or equivalent degree, up to a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- Location: Gurugram, India.
- Core Technical Skills: Power BI, DAX, SQL, Data Extraction, and AI reporting.
- Professional Skills: Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration, along with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
