Must-Have Technical & Domain Skills:
- Healthcare Standards: EDI 834, EDI 835, EDI 837, HL7 / FHIR-based data models and APIs.
- Testing Skills: ETL Testing (Data Validation, Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Reconciliation, Database Testing), End-to-End Data Flow Validation.
- Domain Knowledge: US Healthcare / Health Insurance Domain, Deep understanding of the health insurance landscape, Enrollment & Eligibility, Billing and Payments, Claims Processing, and Experience with TPAs / Payer Systems.
